Housing equipped with control and automation systems, lighting with LED technology. Clean lines and contrast of textures, east and west share spaces, lights and shadows. With home automation we wanted to achieve a high level of comfort for the clients' daily lives.

The entire home can be controlled both locally and remotely from a Tablet or Smartphone, being able to control elements such as lights, climate, electric curtains or technical alarms in a simple and intuitive way for the user. Thanks to the SmartHome offered by INEL, the integration of different communication buses such as KNX and DMX among others is possible, giving the home the necessary intelligence so that the user does not have to be aware of actions such as shading, climate, irrigation, etc…
