Challenge

When designing the new building and the upcoming integration of the old building of Kriemler Verpackungen AG and Polystanz AG, it was crucial to develop a well thought-out lighting concept that optimises working conditions and is energy-efficient at the same time. It was also very important to implement a standardised badge concept. This concept was to seamlessly integrate access to the building, time recording and access to various facilities such as the coffee machine. Acoustic signalling should be used so that you can hear when the doorbell rings at different access points.

To further maximise the building's energy efficiency, a comprehensive energy monitoring system was implemented. This enables detailed recording of the energy consumption of Kriemler Verpackungen AG, Polystanz AG and the general part of the building. The separate billing of energy consumption helps to make costs transparent and to identify and utilise potential energy savings in a targeted manner.

Solution

By integrating Loxone technology, we have developed a customised solution that meets the above requirements. The lighting concept was designed to be controlled via Tree presence detectors, with the acoustic detection of the detector providing additional convenience.

VIA NFC Forb was able to find a standardised solution to operate various systems, from access via NFC to the coffee machine

The audio server was integrated, as this enables various announcements to be made in the building.

This enables not only the transmission of messages, fuses that have tripped / emergency power failure, etc., but also ringing via the intercom system.

A transformer measurement via Modbus extension was used for energy recording.
