Despite being brought into the project at a late stage—just three months before completion—we successfully designed and implemented a fully integrated home automation and multi-room audio solution, meeting the client’s requirements within a tight timeframe.

This project was successfully completed using LOXONE Air technology, meeting all of client’s requirements with a fully integrated smart home solution.

For lighting control, a combination of Nano IO Air, Nano Dimmer Air, and RGBW 24V Dimmer Air devices was implemented, providing flexible and efficient control across the property. Shutters and curtains were automated using Nano IO Air devices, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced comfort.

High-quality audio was delivered throughout all rooms using Install Speaker 7 passive speakers, creating a consistent hi-fi sound experience. Climate control was achieved through IR Control Air for the air conditioning split units, along with Room Comfort Sensor Air devices to regulate the heat pump temperature.

Centralized control was a key feature of the system, with two 10 inch touch screens installed—one on each floor—allowing the user to manage all home functions from a single interface.

A standout design element was the installation of a premium Gold LED Ceiling Light RGBW Air fixture in the guest toilet, combining aesthetics with smart functionality.

The security system was engineered using a combination of LOXONE Air devices and selected third-party smart technologies, integrating presence sensors, an outdoor siren, two keypads, and two smart locks to deliver a seamless balance of convenience and advanced protection.

To further enhance reliability, a custom-designed GSM module and UPS backup system were developed specifically for this project. This ensures continuous operation and secure remote access to the security system, even in the event of power or network outages.

Additional features include automated rolling gate control, pool lighting control, CCTV integration, and complete home networking infrastructure.
