Challenge

With their innovative concept, the JustStay Hotels combine contactless travel and exclusive design. Loxone is an existential building block for this novel and fully automated hotel experience. Above all, the numerous interfaces and the flexibility of the Loxone products were of great advantage to those responsible. The requirements of everyday hotel life, such as early check-ins or late check-outs, were to be implemented easily and quickly.

Solution

Loxone not only controls all access authorisations to the building and the hotel rooms, but also access to the fitness area. In addition, the entrance bell incl. camera can be easily operated from the headquarters in Düsseldorf. In addition, the fire alarm system and the smoke detectors linked to it are monitored by the Loxone system. Furthermore, a music control system was integrated, as well as the electric pillar and the lighting.

The guests are thrilled with the speed of the transfer and also the reliability of the project. The planning of the interfaces from Loxone to the existing PMS was perfectly prepared and we from LiRo SmartHome & SmartHotels took over the direct communication, so that JustStay could concentrate on the operational day-to-day business.
