JERINA MANSION

The automation of Jerina Mansion required the seamless integration of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, access control, and energy management systems. The goal was to achieve efficient, conflict-free interaction between all these systems.



Mansion operations benefited from automatic adaptation to occupancy, including intelligent lighting, temperature, and shading control.



Thanks to intelligent control strategies, a fully automated, energy-efficient system was created, enhancing guest comfort and reducing operating costs.



An efficient intercom and access control system was also implemented.



We have also integrated the audio & video system, because Jerina Mansion has a dedicated Home Cinema area.

Jerina Mansion is an elite residence located on the outskirts of Albania's capital, Tirana.

Various intelligent solutions were implemented to meet the complex requirements for energy efficiency, automation and comfort in the Jerina Mansion.



With Loxone, we were able to automate the shades and room temperature, ensuring the home is comfortable at all times.



Access control was implemented via Loxone, as was music control in Living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, outside area with various audio streams.



The lighting control for common areas as well as the outdoor lighting were also automated to maximize energy savings.



It goes without saying that energy management never ceases to impress its owners, as the house goes into "sleep mode" whenever there are no people inside.



It informs the owners, via Loxone App, about everything happening inside, for instance, if you leave and forget to close doors and windows, etc.



The system offers a sustainable and future-proof solution for the Mansion while significantly reducing energy costs.
