Smart housing estate

The biggest challenge was to provide residents with full control over access to gates and wickets, even when they are away from home, while maintaining security. It was also important that the system be simple and convenient for all residents to use on a daily basis.

The available and implemented automation allows for remote access management. Each resident has received an individual code, thanks to which the gate or wicket can be easily unlocked from anywhere in the world, for example, to let in a courier when they are not at home. The operating system is individual, which increases security and ensures full access to the estate.
