Smart housing estate Lunaris

Lunaris is a modern and intimate apartment estate, which is being built in a quiet and green district of Częstochowa - Lisiniec. The investor wanted it to be the first estate in this city to be equipped with intelligent functions. In this project, Loxone is responsible for the safety of buildings and their inhabitants, intelligent lighting and zoned underfloor heating.

A Loxone system will be installed in each apartment, which will be responsible for zoned underfloor heating. In addition to the right temperature, Loxone will provide future residents of the Lunaris estate with intelligent lighting control and safety functions. The lights will turn on automatically at the entrance to the apartment and at the exit to the terrace. Reed switches will be installed in the windows and entrance doors to reliably detect any unauthorized entry.
