Challenge
The hotel rooms at this hotel in Beckenried were remodeled and renovated. As part of this process, the LOXONE system was installed in the rooms and now controls the lighting and shading.
Solution
LOXONE’s wired devices require little space, so they could easily be retrofitted. The card reader at the room entrance was integrated into the LOXONE system via a relay.
Shading and lighting operate automatically based on occupancy and daylight levels. In addition, window contacts serve as a burglar alarm, ensuring the necessary level of security.
