The main objective was to completely modernize the facilities and bring energy efficiency to the highest level, meaning that this did not imply an invasive renovation or an elevated cost of work for the client.

In addition to improving the comfort of each room, it seeks to provide staff with simple and centralized management of the entire building, allowing them to supervise and control the main facilities directly from the reception.

The solution is to develop using Loxone with a central automation platform, integrating climate control, shading, ventilation and engine room in a single system.

Each room has automatic climate regulation that adapts its operation to the real needs of each space. Shade control works together with climate control to optimize the natural conditions of the building and reduce unnecessary energy consumption to a minimum.

One of the main objectives of the project will be to minimize the impact and cost of the renovation on the end client. To achieve this, it is necessary to rely on technology using Loxone Air, avoiding a large part of the new canalizations, cables and construction work that would have required a conventional installation, considerably reducing construction costs and installation times.
