Challenge

As a 4-star hotel directly at the Tegernsee in Bavaria, the Hotel Terrassenhof shines through authenticity, honesty and commitment. A modern building management system was to be implemented for the hotel. The Hotel Terrassenhof is home to 100 rooms, which is why a central control system is of considerable advantage. The highlight in the renovated Hotel Terrassenhof is the new wellness area, which is also the biggest challenge for the project, as it extends to a total size of 1000m².

Solution

24 miniserver relieve the hotel staff of important and time-consuming tasks, thus saving labour and time resources that can be used elsewhere. The Modbus Extension also enables the recording of consumption data and the collection of statistical data from electricity, gas, water and energy meters. The wellness area is controlled by 2 miniserver which, in combination with the audio server, also create a pleasant atmosphere in the swimming pool.

In the meantime, 24 miniserver are used in our Hotel Terrassenhof, which at the same time reflects our enthusiasm for Loxone and building automation. Our focus is clearly on the well-being of our guests, which the full automation through Loxone only strengthens and simplifies at the same time. We can take care of our hotel guests around the clock, as the daily business is largely automated.
