Twenty-storey office building, total 24000m3 and about 15 companies and 700 employees. All windows have electric windows. Fully automatic shading is used to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The entire lighting consists of Dali-based LEDs.



The building is used by various tenants. Therefore, it is necessary to give the various tenants separate access to the shading and full access to control the heating / cooling and lighting in their spaces. All actions are logged with Exosphere.

The house was built in 2009 and when the leases were renewed and the floors were renovated, the decision was made to use the Loxone building automation solution. The project is large and uses 20 Miniservers and about 100 extensions, 200 I/O air and 200 Touch tree switches combined into one project. All radiators and air conditioners are controlled by Loxone. All electric windows and blinds are controlled by Loxone, DALI is in all lights and about 3000 Dali addresses are used.

Loxone is used to read the energy consumption of each tenant. Later in the process, there was a requirement that the house should be certified to the Breeam standard and this was easily achieved with the Loxone solution that has been installed. Tenants were given access to their spaces via the
