Production Hall

As part of the construction of new facilities, various areas were created, including an aluminum production hall for cutting, machining, assembly, and shipping preparation; a logistics and storage area for screws, accessories, and profile storage; and an administrative area with a reception desk, sales office, technical office, and IT department.

The goal of the project was to implement a modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient lighting solution that is optimally tailored to the different requirements of each area.

However, the existing lighting system, based on a DALI LED system combined with KNX sensors, proved to be inflexible. Complex settings and cumbersome operation led to inefficient workflows and noticeably reduced user comfort.

As part of a strategic decision, the LOXONE solution was integrated to ensure maximum flexibility through support for various communication protocols, as well as customizable programming and operating modes. At the same time, the system enables centralized and scalable building management.

Features implemented include automatic lighting upon employees’ arrival and departure, the shutdown of unused areas, and a constant lighting mode for consistent comfort. Additionally, an integrated sound system was installed in the administrative area, with all functions controlled via a central platform.

The result is significantly reduced energy consumption, increased user comfort, and a future-proof solution for the easy integration of additional systems and functions.
