A modern facility supporting people with autism – managed by Loxone.



A unique, modern building has been built in Sulechów, providing a home and safe space for the Generado Association's residents – adults on the autism spectrum.



The entire facility was designed and equipped to support the residents' daily lives, ensuring their safety and comfort, and to facilitate caregivers' work and respond quickly to any situation.



The Loxone intelligent management system plays a key role here, monitoring every room 24/7, automatically responding to threats and residents' needs.

Safety Above All

The system constantly monitors the building, detecting situations requiring immediate action:

Smoke and flood detectors instantly report water and fire hazards.

Reed switches signal opening windows and doors.

Electrical devices are automatically shut off when the room is empty.

In the event of an emergency, call buttons can be used, and an alarm signal immediately sounds through the loudspeakers in the caretaker's room.

The system also transmits notifications about unopened faucets, showers, or leaks (e.g., in toilet flushes).



Access Control and Resident Privacy

Security is also based on intelligent access to the building:

The entrance is secured with an NFC identifier or a personalized code, which helps prevent lost keys and allows for the control of entry.

Dozens of heating zones controlled by intelligent Loxone thermostats, according to a pre-defined schedule.



Integration with a heat pump and heat recovery system increases energy efficiency.



Automatic shading responds to the season, sun position, and temperature.



Bathroom ventilation is activated based on humidity levels.



Water consumption monitoring, with comprehensive statistics based on MBUS meters.
