Fully automated family house

It is a four-story family house on a relatively narrow lot. The brief was to integrate and control as many devices as possible in the house with Loxone. The owners' wishes were complemented by information from their architect, and Loxone Partner (Inrem HK company) created a tailor-made smart house concept.

A modern house is literally a showcase of how diverse an intelligent home project can be. Loxone controls all lighting including dimming and color, shading with blinds, ventilation with heat recovery, complete heating and cooling, multiroom audio system and access and security of the house with an alarm. It also monitors FVE. It was a challenge for the partner, but with the Miniserver and AO Extension, he was able to effectively replace a relatively expensive consumption optimizer with accessories, so the house now makes smart and maximum use of the excess energy produced. The sauna, lawn irrigation, swimming pool, swimming pool, video intercom and heating of the steep entrance to the garage also received intelligent control. Loxone also detects possible water leakage from the marine aquarium.
