Water Supply Property

The client needed to replace an old electrical panel that controlled two booster pumps for the water supply of a large property surrounded by greenery.

The existing system, now dated, provided a basic operating logic but offered no remote monitoring or management capabilities. The challenge was therefore twofold: to completely modernize the system while maintaining the same operating logic as the previous one (daily pump rotation and activation of the second pump in the event of high demand), but to enhance it with new intelligent features that would simplify maintenance and increase operational safety.

A new custom electrical panel based on Loxone was designed and built. After a careful design and wiring phase in the laboratory, the system was configured to meet all the customer's needs, bringing the management level to modern standards:



Automatic pump management with daily alternating operation and immediate activation of the second pump in the event of peak consumption.



Real-time control via the Loxone App, accessible from anywhere, anytime.



Constant monitoring of the system's status with instant push notifications on critical events (faults, malfunctions, alarm conditions).



Safety and continuity of service, thanks to a robust system that always ensures water availability and promptly reports any anomalies.



Ease of use: the customer can decide whether to rely on automatic operation or intervene manually, either from the panel or the app.



Result

The new system transformed a "traditional" system into a smart, connected, and intuitive solution, maintaining the same operating logic as the previous system but with all the advantages of Loxone technology: efficiency, security, convenience, and complete remote control.
