Forest Resort

It is a four-star hotel that offers stylish accommodation in 5 luxuriously furnished cottages and 3 apartments, the motif of which is the 14th highest mountain in the world. The resort also includes a reconstructed First Republic villa, where guests can sit in the restaurant, use the large summer garden, and various social events are organized here. The unique project mainly needed to solve the indoor climate control.

And so Loxone Partner, a Mavian company, got to work. In this beautiful complex, intelligent automation takes care of the smart regulation of temperature (heating with heating mats) and air humidity in all of the suites. There are temperature sensors and Touch Tree buttons in the bathrooms. Then all that remained was to program the system, which was done in one day, and everything was ready. The company subsequently trained the resort staff to use the Loxone App.
