Our customer's wish was clear from the outset: a single app that can be used to centrally control all functions in the building - and that's exactly what we were able to achieve with Loxone.

Our customer's wish was clear from the outset: a single app that can be used to centrally control all functions in the building - and that's exactly what we were able to achieve with Loxone In this project, we were able to equip an impressive residential area consisting of an old and new building with a comprehensive Loxone solution. Two mini server systems were used, which communicate seamlessly with each other and intelligently control the entire property.

The central functions include the control of the area gate, garage door and all entrance doors as well as comprehensive lighting control indoors and outdoors - largely via DALI. For impressive lighting effects in the pool, whirlpool and pond, we use DMX-controlled underwater spotlights. The pool cover is also monitored by a laser system. Throughout the house, intelligent room control - including electric actuators - ensures the perfect climate at all times. The shading is also fully automated, supported by a weather station whose values are incorporated into various processes.







Security is also taken care of: a fully integrated alarm system with window and door contacts, presence detectors and fire and water detectors protects the property around the clock. The garden is watered automatically via solenoid valves. Even the sauna and steam bath were integrated via Modbus TCP. The pond and stream are controlled via HTTP commands.

In addition, numerous individual automations, operating modes and special requests from the customer were implemented - all centrally controlled via a single app.
