Challenge
Studio Mooden also incorporates Loxone intelligent automation into its designs, and the house in Vyškov was no exception. The demanding requirements for the technical side of the bungalow were met in cooperation with Category, which installed a smart home system.
Solution
The house is equipped with intuitive Touch Tree buttons that control lights and shades, and also monitor the temperature and humidity of the air in individual rooms. At the same time, the lighting in the base starts and turns off automatically according to presence thanks to integrated sensors. And that includes dimmable LED strips that beautifully complete the cozy atmosphere.
The Tree heads keep the heating at preset temperatures, and the air conditioning is automatically controlled. Residents have a perfect overview of everything in one mobile application, from which they can also control access to the house, including the gate and gate.

When working on this project, we first discussed with the clients all ideas and also the possibilities offered by the given space. For example, they wanted the house to be controlled using a smart home system. We included their basic requirements in the design, but we also came up with a number of ideas that the couple were really excited about and recommended our studio to their friends. We wanted a young married couple with a small daughter to feel as comfortable as possible in their new home, and I think they succeeded.
