The owner's wish was to eliminate the drivers of individual technologies as much as possible and to effectively connect these technologies into one control unit. Thanks to Loxone, this wish has come true.

Heatflow electric floor heating control. Shades are provided here by Geiger AIR blind motors, which are controlled by Loxone touch in each room, using an app or automatically thanks to the weather station. Of course, the garage door is controlled using an application or the remote air remote control and control of the electromechanical lock in the front door. An intercom is installed for remote monitoring of visitors. The lights are a combination of standard 230V lights, LED strips and Loxone lights. Automatic lighting is handled by motion sensors in each room. For optimal air recovery in all rooms, a Jablotron Futura unit is installed, which is activated using an application or based on the CO2 level measured by the comfort sensor in the living room. Irrigation automation is also handled via Loxone. Security using motion sensors, magnets built into the windows, using an NFC code keyboard and using a camera system.
