The project was in a private home and the main challenge was to find all possible interfaces to automate the entire building and unite them in one system. The installation also needed to be designed in such a way that new devices can be added and integrated in the future. The planned photovoltaic system on the roof should also be integrated into the system and use the energy it generated intelligently.

All challenges were solved with the Loxone Smart Home System.



For the lighting, both Loxone and supported third party manufacturers were used and controlled with the DALI extension and the RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree.



For the sloping roof, the Molto Luce rail system was used optimally with the help of a wedge that was ordered from the carpenter. This can be controlled directly via wireless Loxone Air technology.



The blinds were led directly to the electrical distribution and integrated there using a relay extension.



Other third party appliances such as the Miele kitchen and household appliances, can also be integrated into the system via the network.



The Loxone alarm system also provides the solution for security and access can be optimally solved using NFC. Even for guests who are allowed to enter directly.
