The implementation of this project placed high demands: For grid security, the NA protection of a PV system with 359.7 kWp had to be monitored precisely. At the same time, real-time analysis and control of dynamic load peaks was required. A particular challenge lay in the integration and evaluation of 12 energy meters, which provided extensive data for energy monitoring. This data was systematically processed and used to efficiently control the system.



Thanks to the flexibility and intelligence of the Loxone solution, these requirements were successfully mastered, which significantly optimized energy efficiency and grid stability.

An efficient and reliable solution was implemented with the Loxone Miniserver. The Huawei devices in the PV system were read out and monitored seamlessly via Modbus TCP. Hager NA protection was also integrated, enabling remote monitoring and control - ideal for emergencies when the system needs to be switched on or off quickly. MID-certified Schneider meters were used for precise energy metering, which are reliably read via the Loxone Modbus Extension. The system ensures comprehensive control, maximum operational reliability and high efficiency.
