Challenge
On a production area of approx. 3,000 m² and an office area of 600 m², a total of five miniserver in the client/gateway network take over numerous monitoring and control tasks. Strict controls are also an important criterion for food companies.
Solution
The automation of the operation is characterised by the control of the compressed air system, as well as the fault alarm centre. For security reasons, every door in the production area is monitored via door and window contacts. Access to the premises is managed by a total of 4 intercoms. Multimedia, energy management, heating and cooling are also handled by the miniserver and thus taken over by the employees.
We have been a Loxone partner since 2011 and have been able to build up a great deal of expertise in more than 120 Loxone projects - whether single-family homes or commercial projects.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Thanks to the large number of open interfaces, we were able to respond exactly to the individual needs of the customer. The simplicity of the integration is not comparable to any other system on the market.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> We are currently planning to expand the automation to another existing building with an area of 10,000 m².
