Challenge
The vision and requirements of the investor building the house was to have an energy-efficient, user-friendly house. What really sold Loxone to the investor was its family-friendly user interface and its proven long-term reliability and scalability of the system.
Solution
All of the technology in the house is taken care of by Loxone. This included DALI lighting, a complete access and security system with cameras, a sauna and advanced energy management with integrated PV. This makes it fun for the whole family, as they can manage and have input into the house to find what systems interest and suit them. For some it is the integrated garden management including a lawnmower, for some it is the babysitter function and for others it is the automated coffee maker.
