Downhills Residence are modern flats in the beautiful natural surroundings of Zázriv. The maximum comfort of the accommodation is ensured by smart technologies that are interconnected. The owner's intention was for one system to manage all the technologies and for access to be via an app. In addition, guests should also be able to make certain settings within the framework authorised by the owner.
