Apartment Home Automation

The client purchased two modern, newly built apartments in Marina di Scarlino. Despite the quality of the properties, the smart aspect was completely missing: the requirement was to be able to remotely manage both the systems and access, with maximum convenience and security.

We designed and built two independent Loxone systems, interconnected via the Trust platform to coordinate shared functions. This approach allowed us to transform the apartments into truly smart homes, maintaining their independence but with the convenience of a shared ecosystem.



✨ Each apartment now has complete and intuitive control of lighting and fan-coil climate control, manageable both locally and remotely.

🔑 For access, we created advanced and secure management: users can have personalized permissions to open only those areas within their jurisdiction, including the external gate, the condominium door, and the internal door.

🚪 The armored doors, not designed for motorization, have been made smart thanks to Tedee PRO knobs: a choice that combines design, security, and full integration into the Loxone system, maximizing the potential of native access control.



This way, customers can not only control their apartments but also easily coordinate common areas, creating a seamless, modern, and fully automated user experience.

The apartments are now connected, secure, and flexible. Everything can be managed remotely: lights, climate control, access, and permissions. A system that guarantees daily comfort and the peace of mind of knowing everything is under control, wherever you are.
