House with Loxone in Krakow

The aim of the project was to create an intelligent, modern home in Krakow, which would provide residents with high comfort, safety and energy savings. Thanks to the use of the Loxone automation system, the home became a fully automated environment, enabling easy control over all technical functions. The project assumed full integration of heating, air conditioning, lighting, security and sound management systems, which aimed to simplify everyday activities while ensuring greater energy efficiency.

As part of the project, a number of innovative solutions were implemented that allowed for automatic home management:



Heating: Advanced home temperature management, allowing for adjustment of heating to the seasons and individual needs of household members.

Lighting: Intelligent LED lighting with dimming option, which adapts to the rhythm of life of residents and changes depending on the time of day.

Air conditioning and ventilation: Automatic air conditioning regulation and a recuperation system, ensuring constant access to fresh air in the house.

Heat pump: Control of heat pump functions fully integrated with the Loxone system, which allows for increased energy efficiency.

Audio: Multiroom Audio system with 9 speakers throughout the house, which allows for playing music in every space in excellent quality.

Security: Installed alarm systems, monitoring, smoke and flood sensors and reed switches, which provide a high level of protection.

Access Control: Advanced gate and intercom control systems, with full integration with AppleHome and Siri for convenient voice control.
