The house is equipped with a Loxone Miniserver with wired and wireless extensions. The system controls the blinds in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom (automatic shading based on sun and wind), the lighting in the communication system, the heating and hot water (climate controller), as well as the gate and pedestrian gate. There's a home alarm with night mode and notifications, and an energy meter to monitor consumption. The garden waters itself – drip lines and sprinklers operate according to schedule and weather. IP camera monitoring is available in the same app.
