The goal of the investment was to create a modern, fully integrated Smart Home system that would provide comfort, security, and energy savings—without the need for multiple apps, controllers, or subscriptions. The client expected a solution that would be intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and comprehensively manage the entire home.

DALI lighting is used throughout the house, allowing for smooth adjustment of brightness and color temperature. The system responds to occupant presence, time of day, and saved scenarios – from atmospheric evenings to work or relaxation modes.



✅ Blind and Shade Automation

Blinds and shades work with sun sensors and schedules, automatically adjusting their position depending on external conditions. This not only provides comfort but also increases the building's energy efficiency.



✅ Heating and Air Conditioning Integration

The system dynamically manages the interior temperature, responding to weather changes, schedules, and occupant presence. This ensures constant thermal comfort while reducing energy consumption.



✅ Integrated Modbus Ventilation

Heat recovery control is fully automatic, and ventilation intensity is adjusted to the current humidity level and air quality – ensuring a fresh and healthy microclimate.



✅ NFC Access Control System

Thanks to NFC keypads, household members gain convenient, keyless access to the building. Individual permissions can be assigned and temporary codes can be created for guests.



✅ Alarm System and Monitoring

Loxone also serves as an alarm control panel. It monitors unauthorized movement, attempted tampering, and unauthorized openings. The entire system is integrated with a camera system, eliminating the need for external solutions.
