House in Masuria

The goal of the project was to create a modern and convenient automation system for a single-story house located in the Masurian Lake District. The goal was to combine the building's most important systems into a single, cohesive ecosystem that would be easy to use on a daily basis, with most processes executed automatically—without the need for constant use of an app or multiple independent controllers.

Another key element of the project was the integration of Loxone with devices and systems from other manufacturers, so that the entire system would function as a single, intelligent home management system.

Loxone as a Central Automation System
The heart of the installation is the Loxone system, responsible for managing individual home functions and exchanging information between integrated systems.
Integration of various systems: gas furnace, entrance and garage gate, heat recovery, air conditioning, and garden watering.
Instead of leaving individual devices as standalone solutions, they are integrated with the Loxone automation system. This allows residents to use a single, consistent control method, and individual systems can work together automatically.
Automation tailored to everyday use
The system has been programmed to reduce the number of manual tasks. The house responds to current conditions and residents' needs, increasing user comfort and enabling more efficient management of systems.
One App and One Control System
Despite using devices from different manufacturers, users receive a single, transparent Loxone interface from which they can control the building's most important functions, even remotely.
