Challenge

The most important criterion for the customer was seamless technical monitoring, as unnoticed cooling problems can be fatal for an ice cream café. In addition, numerous comfort functions, such as the impressive lighting control, are intended to enhance the café.

Solution

A lot of emphasis was therefore placed on temperature management. Cooling systems are monitored, the ventilation system is automatically activated and windows can be individually switched. The multi-room audio system and impressive lighting scenes contribute to an impressive overall image of the ice cream parlor.

A special highlight is the temperature monitoring and complete logging of the three high-performance freezers and the ice showcase. There we have implemented a 2-stage alarm. When a defined target temperature is exceeded, an announcement is first made via loudspeaker. If a second target value is subsequently also exceeded, a fully automatic call with a predefined message is made to the responsible persons. This safety feature has already saved the owner a lot of money.
