The system was optimized by installing a Loxone Miniserver. They are achieving good percentages of savings by having greater temperature control and, among other measures, programming the air conditioning system with schedules, thus allowing the areas to be heated or cooled only when necessary.

We implemented this server room temperature control system. The servers stop during the weekends, they were reorganized, we installed some solar filters on the south facades since we have a lot of sunlight there and thus we have reduced cooling consumption. We have implemented a time control system for the different areas of the house, where each area works according to the timetable of the people who work in the space and we optimize the starting and stopping depending on the outside temperature, we also have controlled the holidays of the week, in winter the programming schedule is different, since the needs with respect to summer are different, and it allows us to optimize much more the consumption in heating and air conditioning of the house.
