The restaurant required a fully automated, dimmable DALI lighting solution controlled through scheduled scenes and presence detection. The key challenge was to maintain the perfect ambience throughout the day—bright and inviting during opening hours, warm and intimate during dinner service, and functional during cleaning and closing—while ensuring seamless automation. In addition, presence sensors were required in the elevator lobby landing areas, which meant the system had to intelligently manage localized lighting without interfering with the main restaurant scenes. Achieving smooth transitions and preventing control conflicts between schedules and sensor-based activation was essential in this hospitality environment.
