CHATEAU, Brandýs nad Orlicí

The chateau underwent a complete reconstruction; only the perimeter walls remained from the original building. The owners' goal was to turn the decaying landmark into a lively venue with accommodation, a café, and spaces for weddings or corporate events. The technical infrastructure needed to be modernized so it could handle different operating modes without burdening the owners.

We designed and implemented a new electrical installation along with control of energy-efficient heating sources. We connected zoned climate control, consumption metering, hotel key-card access, Jablotron security, and scenic lighting and sound for the café into a single well-coordinated system.
