Automated Passivhaus Single Family House

One of the main objectives of the client for this single-family house was the use of surplus energy and rainwater and groundwater to achieve greater energy efficiency.

Thanks to the Loxone system, many possibilities can be offered when planning and executing the project. Different functions have been integrated into this project, such as energy management, automatic shading or the installed security system, among many others.
