This exclusive detached house has been designed to offer the highest level of comfort, well-being, and energy efficiency. It features a complete relaxation area with a spa, gym, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool, creating a space designed for year-round enjoyment.

The entire house is managed by an advanced KNX and Loxone home automation system, which allows for intelligent control of climate control, lighting, shading, wellness facilities, and mechanical room control, guaranteeing a comfortable, intuitive, and fully personalized experience.

The main objective of the project was to achieve maximum comfort with minimum energy consumption. To this end, the house incorporates an 11 kW photovoltaic installation, designed to optimize the operation of the pool and spa filtration systems, making the most of solar energy and significantly reducing electricity consumption.

Climate control is achieved through a radiant floor heating system combined with direct expansion fan coils, providing a uniform temperature, high performance, and an excellent level of comfort at any time of year.
