Challenge
The clients wanted a complete integration of the entire building and all components into a single control system. Even if available from certain manufacturers, all devices should be controlled with Loxone and via the Loxone app.
The solution should also work without an internet connection and independently of any cloud services.
The focus was also on saving energy, whereby in addition to the PV surplus, the best possible use of energy spot prices for the building and the electric vehicles was also important. Due to the large number of consumers, load management was important.
Another point critical to success was that all residents were able to use the controls intuitively and at the same time the extensive automation was not perceived as a nuisance.

By using Loxone, all central components come from a single source, while interfaces to others are still possible. This made it possible to implement the project in a relatively short time and to shine with many moments of success immediately after commissioning.
