Office floors in the Horizon Tower

Implementing a customized automation solution that both optimizes energy efficiency and improves employee comfort on the office floors of the Horizon Tower presented a particular challenge. The goal was to integrate complex requirements – such as dynamic control of lighting, temperature, and shading that adapts not only to the needs of the users but also takes external factors into account. The technical integration of the Loxone Smart Building system and the adaptation of the automation logic to the specific conditions of the building required precise planning and close collaboration with all stakeholders.

Over 800 intelligent components, including more than 200 actuators, ensure the optimal interplay of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and shading. The integration of the Loxone Smart Building System ensured seamless connectivity of all systems and ease of use. We also optimized the controls to dynamically adapt to different usage and environmental conditions. This not only ensures energy savings but also an optimal and comfortable working environment.
