Developer project for 6 high quality terraced houses

In Freiburg, 6 very high-quality terraced houses were built, which were equipped with the Loxone solution. The builders and tenants are very enthusiastic about the smart home technology.

The terraced houses were fully equipped with Loxone. Lighting, shading, heating & cooling as well as access are now fully automated.



All 6 terraced houses are equipped with an NFC Code Touch Tree on the front door and ensure a secure access system. The indoor and outdoor lighting was realized with LED spots and always ensures the perfect atmosphere. Various light scenes can be added via the Loxone app.



Heating and cooling have also been fully integrated into the Loxone system. The Loxone app offers great added value here, in which everything can be monitored and controlled centrally. This offers many advantages for tenants and landlords.
