Automated machine hall
- Country AT, Birkfeld
- Build year 2020
- Area 350 m² m²
- LOXONE partner Narnhofer Elektro GmbH

Challenge
The machine hall is optimally illuminated where the work area is and the parking area for the machines.
To heat the hall so that the thick winter jacket doesn't bother you at work!
Remote access to the gates.
The hall with the adjoining rooms should be monitored.

Solution
The lighting was divided in such a way that the entire hall has basic lighting when walking through.
When working at the workbench, additional light is required and not in the parking area for the machines, which saves energy there.
In order not to have to go to the hall in the dark in the morning, central buttons were installed in the building.
The lighting was realized with the Relay's Extension.
A wood chip boiler from ETA is used to heat the system, which communicates with the Miniserver via Modbus/TCP.
So we have placed 1-Wire sensors in the hall so that we can then heat in a targeted manner.
The gates can be opened from the app, giving you the convenience of not having to wait in front of the gate for it to open!
These are also monitored to see that they are also closed.
The system is monitored with presence detectors and reed contacts to notify unauthorized entry into the hall.

Because it is easy to implement such projects with the Miniserver and has simple and secure remote access!
