To address the challenge of energy consumption without sacrificing comfort, it was essential to manage the apartments' air conditioning system, always maintaining optimal temperatures for guests. With Loxone, we can efficiently control the air conditioning splits in each room, either individually or for the entire apartment at once. This way, when the guest checks in, they will always find a pleasant environment tailored to their preferences.



The system allows the temperature to be automatically adjusted according to demand, turning the equipment on or off as needed. Furthermore, the temperature can be changed at any time; manual adjustments always take priority over automation.



To save energy, Loxone automatically turns off the air conditioning if a window is open for more than 5 minutes and reactivates it when it is closed. All control can be easily performed either from the buttons installed inside the apartment or from the mobile app, offering complete convenience and flexibility for the user.



In addition to air conditioning, we have optimized domestic hot water (DHW) management. The system automatically begins heating the water approximately 4 hours before check-in, ensuring hot water is always available and avoiding unnecessary energy consumption. The recirculation pumps also activate only when they detect presence, contributing to efficient consumption.



The apartment has a ventilation system that ensures optimal air quality. This is activated automatically based on humidity and CO₂ levels, renewing the air completely autonomously. During the guest's stay, the ventilation reduces its intensity to avoid disturbances, and at night it further reduces the flow, promoting a peaceful rest without noise.



Regarding access, the guest receives a personalized code that allows them to enter both the exterior and interior areas of the apartment, eliminating the need for physical keys. Each apartment has an alarm system that is easily activated or deactivated from the same keypad, ensuring the security of belongings without complications or complex passwords. The codes are unique for each user, thus ensuring maximum privacy and protection.



The same code also grants access to the laundry area, preventing unauthorized access to the facilities.



For owners, management is very simple: they only need to create a new user, enter their details, and define the check-in and check-out dates. Access is automatically activated and deactivated based on these dates, allowing the entire process to be carried out efficiently and at the most convenient time.



In addition to all these personalized integrations, guests have access to an intuitive app to control multiple aspects of their stay. From the app, they can create personalized lighting settings, adjust the temperature, control the audio, and check if any windows or doors have been left open. Guests can also enjoy welcome settings and receive messages for special events, adding a unique touch to each stay.



The audio system also allows guests to listen to their favorite music via Spotify Connect, Bluetooth, or AirPlay. This way, guests can enjoy the best musical experience, tailored to all tastes, even while on vacation.
