Challenge
Implementation of a smart home automation system in every apartment as standard. All luminaires need to be dimmable. The access control system needs to have automatic user recognition and subsequent authorisation only to recognised users.
Solution
After the implementation of the Loxone Miniserver, RGBW Dimmer Air and LED Strip 24V units were integrated to help with the control of the lighting.
Heating is adjusted through 24V heads using the central gas boiler as the heating source.
Access control is made secure by the NFC Code Touch and automated door lock motor units.
