The developer approached us with a request to deliver a comprehensive smart home solution for four apartments in a new building. The goal was to enable convenient control of blinds, heating, lighting, music, and security. The key requirement was to integrate all technologies into a single user-friendly system. Emphasis was placed on reliability, ease of use, and modern user comfort.

We have equipped each apartment with smart thermostatic heads, motion sensors, integrated speakers, and a security system. Using the Loxone system, we have connected the heat pump and the control of blinds, lights, and music. The central element is the Loxone smart button, which allows intuitive control of all functions from one place.
