Holiday apartments and wine cellar Bavory

The owners vision was of having apartments above the wine cellars with a view of the majestic Pálava. The apartments had to be easy to maintain and had to have simple controls for the guests. Another key requirement was for the heating to be automated to react to if there is a reservation or not in that apartment each day.

The Loxone system answered all of these requirements with the apartments having simple control and the system independently recognizing the occupancy of the apartment and automatically preparing the indoor climate needed. Meaning that guests always arrive to a perfectly prepared environment. This integration was custom programmed by Smarteon's expert smart home consultant.



The success and impressive nature of the solution captivated the client and led them to also integrate Loxone into their wine production system.
