Through the implementation of a solution made up of Miniservers, iButtons, Air devices and climate sensors, we made a suite that allows the management of access control and presence of our guests, eliminating physical keys and making the number of access devices more flexible. Once inside the apartment, through the implantation of a tablet, the climate control and the connection with the video intercom, they put at the passenger's hand a simple and integrated interface that makes use and control more intuitive and pleasant. Through remote management we can assist our guests by generating comfort scenes if required.
