Alzara Plaza

The challenge in the Alzara Plaza project (93 Apartments) was to be able to control, manage and visualize access, video intercom and the management of the common part of the building with a single system and a single application.

A miniserver go was decided for each client to be able to expand the automation via the AIR system, in the future, in each department, since we entered the project once it was already in the construction phase.

For the common part, NFC access was chosen, a main Miniserver, to manage lights, climate, access to amenities, pool and energy efficiency. A Trust was also created for the video intercom and for the management variables for booking common spaces with the administration system.
