Challenge
The main goal of the project was to create a central system that manages heating and cooling in the office.
Solution
9 VRF air conditioning units, 4 electric heaters and an electric hot water tank - how to deal with all of it? The owner of a local company came to us with such an inquiry.
We decided to help him and use the capabilities of the Loxone system for this project.
In the new company headquarters, shortly after the move, we found a classic electrical installation. Making holes in the walls and supplementing the installation with additional cables was not an option- in this case, the Air wireless technology worked perfectly.
The Loxone system monitors the set comfort temperature in each room and makes decisions about heating or cooling - additionally, it maintains the set water temperature in the DHW tank located in the building.
This solution is expected to largely reduce energy consumption, which will translate into significant savings for the company.
