Challenge
Carla would like intelligent automation for her new apartment in the beautiful South Tyrolean Adige Valley while keeping the budget used for it as low as possible. Shading, heating, ventilation, alarm systems and access are to be integrated.
Solution
The maximum was achieved with a minimal budget:
Individual room control for the heating, ventilation for the bathroom and toilet, shading, alarm system and access solution now significantly increase living comfort and security. The intelligent shading of the large glass surfaces also saves on heating costs.
