A Smart, Comfy Place to Call Home

The Homeowner wanted all of the best features of modern smart home living and the benefits of automation in their Long Island are home. The goal was to provide them with a bastion of high-end living and with Loxone were able to deliver!

On this project, we utilized the Loxone Miniserver and extensions. The system controls smart lighting, intelligent climate control, whole home music and audio, and powered shades. Using relays we were also able to control 120V on outlets and 120V devices like bathroom fans and mirrors lights of bathroom. Each room temperature is automatically adjusted for maximum comfort and thanks to intelligent control by Loxone it is also saving the homeowner money on heating costs.



All lights strips and spot are RGBW, allowing the owner to easily convert the vibe of the living area for a party or romantic afternoon. Tied into the integrated sound system, this allows the homeowner to set the perfect mood for any occasion.
