This winter, we at LOXONE are taking a short break to recharge our batteries with our families. We have had an eventful year – marked by great cooperation with our partners.
The LOXONE offices will be closed from December 23, 2025, to January 6, 2026. We will be back as usual on January 7, 2026.
Shipping & Orders
Orders for items in stock placed by Friday, December 19, will still be shipped in 2025. During our company holidays, orders can be placed as usual at any time via our Webshop.
To keep waiting times as short as possible, our warehouse team will be working an extra shipping day on December 29 to ship orders received between December 23 and December 28.
Important Information About Prepayment Orders
Prepayment orders placed during Green Week with your 7% discount that have not been paid for by December 19 will be automatically deleted.
We ask for your understanding and recommend that you complete any outstanding payments in a timely manner.
Support & Availability
Our support team is also taking some time off to relax. During the company holiday, open support tickets will be reviewed and processed if they are urgent. All other tickets will be processed after we return on January 7, 2026.
