Does Exosphere run in the cloud or locally?
Exosphere is a cloud-based online solution. You can access it at exo.loxone.com using your LOXONE account; data sharing occurs exclusively on an opt-in basis.
Can I export Exosphere data?
Yes, databases can be exported as schemas and imported into LOXONE Config. CSV exports are also available.
Is secure remote access possible?
Yes. With the Remote Connect Service, you can securely access your building control system anytime, anywhere. The connection is established without using the cloud or third-party tools and is protected by true end-to-end encryption.
How does Exosphere differ from the standard visualization in LOXONE Config?
While the standard visualization is primarily designed to control a single building, Exosphere provides a higher-level platform for analyzing, comparing and managing multiple installations simultaneously.
